Refund and Cancellation

This policy governs cancellations made by the customer and cancellations made by the operator due to uncontrollable factors.

 

Time of Cancellation (Before Activity Date)	Cancellation Fee	Refund Amount
30 Days or More	0%	Full refund of total amount paid.
15 to 29 Days	50%	50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
0 to 14 Days	100%	No Refund will be provided.
No Show or Mid-Activity Withdrawal	100%	No refund for unused services or if the participant decides to leave midway.
